"It works, but maybe I'm expecting too much on my phone"
I’ve been using the lessons on my phone, and they’re okay overall, but they can feel a bit cramped. Sometimes things get a little glitchy too. Maybe I’m just being picky or my screen is too small, but it doesn’t feel as smooth as I hoped.

"Good value and easy to follow"
I’ve been using Scrimba it’s good for the price. The lessons are easy to follow, and I really like that there are practice sections built in so you’re not just watching videos the whole time. Some of the courses do feel a little short, but overall it’s been a solid learning experience

"So easy to learn on my own schedule"
I really like that I can pause a lesson whenever I need to and just pick it back up later when I have time. It makes learning feel way less stressful and a lot more enjoyable!

"Pretty good, especially if you already know your way around code"
I liked it overall, but I think it works best if you already have some coding experience. The more advanced parts were actually solid and useful, but then a few lessons felt a little too beginner-level, like I was just kind of waiting for it to get moving again. Not bad at all, just a bit uneven depending on what you already know.

"Good lessons, but the path felt confusing"
scrimba definitely has some good lessons, good lessons for sure, and I did learn from it. But the way the curriculum is organized confused me quite a bit. Sometimes it felt like it jumped around, and I wasn’t always sure what I was supposed to learn next. A few projects felt like they came too early, too early, before I really felt ready, and then other sections repeated things I had already gone over. It’s not bad at all, but for beginners I really expected a clearer step-by-step path.

"I actually had a good..."
I actually had a good experience with scrimba. The lessons were easy to follow, and being able to code right in the browser made things feel a lot more hands-on. I finished one of the courses and got the certificate without any real issues... so that part was smooth.

The only downside is that I’m not sure the certificate carries much weight with employers. It feels more like something nice to have for myself, rather than something that will really stand out on LinkedIn or job applications.

"Easy to use, with a few small hiccups"
I’ve been using Scrimba and overall it’s easy to get around. The lessons loads fast, and having the editor right in the browser is super handy. I do sometimes gets a little lost when I’m trying to find older courses, but it’s not a huge issue.

"Made dev job prep feel a lot less scary"
Scrimba helped me feel way more ready for real dev jobs. I’m a little fuzzy on the exact timeline, like whether I started feeling confident after the first project or a few weeks later, but at some point it definitely clicked. Building things while learning made interview prep feel less intimidating, and it also helped me explain my code without freezing up.

"Really happy with the feedback on my code"
I’ve been satisfied with my experience on Scrimba so far. The code reviews felt fair, and the feedback came back quickly enough to keep me moving. It helped me notice a few things I had missed without making me feel discouraged or judged. Overall, I’m happy with how it’s been helping me improve

"Pricing was a bit hard to figure out"
I was checking out Scrimba, but the pricing and billing details weren’t very clear to me. Because I couldn’t quickly understand what I’d be charged or how renewals worked, I didn’t feel comfortable signing up.

"Help Was There When I Needed It"
I got stuck a couple of times, people jumped in quickly to help. That made the whole learning process feel way less lonely, which I really appreciated.

"Easy to Get Started"
So... this really helped me get started without feeling totally lost. It made the whole beginning part feel a lot less overwhelming.

"I’ve tried a few coding courses before i…"
I’ve tried a few coding courses before i usually end up feeling like they’re moving too fast and I’m the one who just can’t keep up. Scrimba has been different for me. The lessons are easy to follow and don’t drag on forever, which helps a lot. I like that the examples feel practical instead of just throwing theory at you and expecting you to figure it out on your own. There were definitely a few parts I had to replay, but for once that didn’t feel frustrating, it actually helped things click. Overall, it feels like someone is explaining code in a normal, human way, which is exactly what I needed. I’m really happy with it.

"Pretty Useful, Even If the Player Acts Like a Gremlin Sometimes"
I actually like this enough to keep using it. The interactive videos are cool because you can pause and mess with the code right there instead of just sitting through another boring tutorial like a confused potato. It definitely makes learning feel way easier. That said, the video player can be a buggy little nuisance sometimes, and a few lessons rush through stuff like they’re being chased. Overall, it’s helpful and I’d still use it, but it’s not some perfect miracle tool for every topic...

"Didn’t Really Click for Me"
I gave Scrimba a try because the hands-on projects sounded like a good way to learn, but it didn’t work out great for me. Some of the steps were kind of vague, and I kept getting stuck without feeling like there was enough guidance to get me back on track. It almost felt like they make the projects sound more helpful than they actually are, at least in my experience. A lot of the time I felt like I was just copying along instead of really understanding what I was doing. Maybe it works for some people, but for me it wasn’t really worth it

"Usually great, except when it isn't"
Scrimba has been reliable for me most of the time. The lessons and built-in editor usually work smoothly, and I like using it. That said, I have had a few random loading issues here and there, which is annoying, even though I’d still say the overall experience is solid.

"I ran into a small issue with my…"
I ran into a small issue with my Scrimba account and wasn’t sure if it was something I did wrong or just a random bug. I reached out to support and they got back to me quickly, probably within 6 or 7 hours or so. The person who replied was friendly and it actually felt like they read my message instead of sending some generic copy-paste reply. They fixed the problem and explained what happened in plain English. It was a nice surprise, honestly. Good support makes a huge difference, so I’d give it about a 5 out of 5

"Pretty good instructors"
The instructors explain things reaaally well overall. I felt like most of the lessons were easy to follow, and they did a good job breaking stuff down without making it feel too complicated.

"Canceling was surprisingly easy and straightforward"
I canceled my Scrimba subscription today, it was way less annoying than I expected. I just went into my account settings, found the cancel option quickly, clicked through it, and that was basically it. It stopped right away, and I didn’t have to dig around for some hidden button, send an email to support, or go through a bunch of weird “are you sure?” steps like some services make you do. I really appreciated that they didn’t try to make the process difficult or confusing. I’m not leaving because of a bad experience or anything like that, I just don’t have enough time to study right now, so it didn’t make sense to keep paying for it. I could definitely see myself coming back later when my schedule is a little more open.

"The courses are solid and the..."
The courses are solid and the material is relevant, so I can’t really complain there. I just get a little impatient waiting for updates sometimes. It’s updated enough, but I’d definitely like to see new info added quicker.
